What you need to qualify
- Early to mid stage medical device, diagnostics or digital health companies with an interest in the US market. The APAC programme is for companies based in or entering Asia Pacific, and BioTools Innovator is for life science tools and diagnostics companies.
- Companies that have raised up to Series C are eligible.
- Prototypes and proof of concept are preferred.
- Sufficient runway to execute during the programme.
- Accepted companies must commit a co-founder, CEO or appropriate senior member of the leadership team to attend the Innovator Summit in June and the Showcase in October.

Pick the right programme
MedTech Innovator runs three intakes with separate forms: MTI US at medtechinnovator.org/apply, MTI APAC at medtechinnovator.asia/apply-apac, and BioTools Innovator at biotoolsinnovator.org/apply.

Complete the online application
The application can be saved and edited before submission, so it does not have to be finished in one sitting.

Pitch to the judges if shortlisted
Top scoring companies are invited to pitch before judges at a regional or virtual pitch event. For the 2026 cycle these ran March to May, with dates on March 26 (virtual), April 7 to 10 (Los Angeles) and April 16 (virtual).

Wait for selections, then commit to the calendar
Accelerator selections are announced in late May. The 2026 calendar then ran the Innovator Summit June 2 to 4, the virtual programme June to October, the Showcase and Early-Stage Finals in October, and the Mid-Stage Finals Competition in November.
