Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move back to the free plan automatically. Your data stays: your data room and answers remain readable and exportable.
No. We discover and route only. You apply directly with the provider or investor and receive everything from them. We never sit between you and your money.
Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, so your card details never touch our servers. You can view invoices and cancel from the billing portal at any time.
