Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StartupFlow AI. By using the service, you agree to them. How we handle your data is a separate document, the Privacy Policy, and it forms part of these Terms.

The service

StartupFlow AI helps founders discover cloud credits, AI credits, and accelerator programs, and provides AI-assisted rankings and explanations. We are a discovery and routing tool. Eligibility and acceptance are always determined by each program’s own provider, and we do not submit applications on your behalf.

No guarantee

Program details (amounts, eligibility, deadlines, and links) change frequently and are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that you will be accepted into any program. Always confirm details on the provider’s official page before applying.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your profile.
• Use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
• Comply with the terms of any provider you apply to.
• Only upload documents you have the right to upload. If a file contains other people’s personal data (a cap table, a team slide), you are the controller of it and the Data Processing Addendum sets out how we handle it for you.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put into StartupFlow AI belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership of your pitch deck, your financials or anything else in your Data Room, and we do not use it to train AI models. We process it to run the service you asked for, and nothing else.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like from Settings. There is no retention call to make and nobody to talk to first. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to break the law, and we will tell you why unless doing so would make the problem worse.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartupFlow AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on program information.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. Where a clause above conflicts with a right you cannot waive, that right wins and the rest of these Terms carries on unaffected. That includes your statutory withdrawal rights and your rights under the GDPR, which are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country or of the right to bring proceedings there.

Changes

This is version 2026-07-27. If we change these Terms materially, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version; if you would rather not, close your account.
