How to apply

  1. 1

    Open the Newlab apply page

https://www.newlab.com/apply carries two separate intake forms, one for startup founders and one for partners and investors. Founders use the startup form.

  2. 2

Host your deck at a URL first

The founder form asks for a "company deck URL" rather than a file upload, so the deck has to be somewhere you can paste a link to before you start.

  3. 3

    Complete the founder form

It asks for your name, email, LinkedIn URL and role, why you want to join Newlab, how you heard about Newlab, your company name, website and deck URL, your startup sector, which Newlab ecosystem you want to join, your funding stage, how much you are raising and your target valuation.

  4. 4

    Wait for Newlab to respond

The apply page publishes no review timeline, no decision date and no cohort schedule, so there is no stated window to plan around.

Frequently asked

Newlab describes it as "Unlocking access to office space, community, and potential pilots, capital, and customers via our network."

Complete the startup founder form on https://www.newlab.com/apply. The form is embedded on that page, so there is no separate portal and no account to create first. A second form on the same page is for partners and investors, not founders.

Newlab lists locations in Brooklyn, Detroit, New Orleans, Montevideo and Riyadh, and the application form asks which Newlab ecosystem you want to join.

Newlab publishes no deadline, no cohort label and no open date on its apply page. It is an ongoing intake form rather than a dated cohort call, but no page states that in so many words, so do not rely on a date either way.

A company website, a deck hosted at a URL you can paste, your LinkedIn profile, your funding stage, the amount you are raising and your target valuation. The form asks for all of these.
