What you need to qualify
- Meet at least one Oklahoma criterion: founders are based in Oklahoma, at least one entire department of the company operates in Oklahoma, the company is registered as a foreign agent in Oklahoma, or the company or founders are willing to relocate to Oklahoma City.
- Startups outside Oklahoma that will not relocate qualify only in Agricultural Technology, Biotechnology, Life Science or Energy Diversification.
- Participate in person. Startups must participate in-person, with no virtual or hybrid option.
- Accept a $100,000 investment in return for 7.5 percent equity using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity.
- Industry agnostic otherwise, with a scalable business model and demonstrable revenue or a path to adoption.
