gener8tor’s flagship investment accelerator writes a $100,000 check into a small, hand-picked cohort and pairs it with a concierge, mentorship-driven 12-week program. With only five to six companies per cohort, founders get the full team and network focused on their growth. (gBETA is the separate free pre-accelerator.)
- The offer:
- $100k per company
- Location:
- Multiple US cities, United States
- Duration:
- 12 weeks
Why this could be a strong fit
Ideal for pre-seed/seed founders who want real capital, a SAFE-based deal, and an extremely high-touch, network-rich program rather than a large impersonal cohort.
What you need to qualify
- High-growth startups: gener8tor describes the programme as investing "$100K into your high-growth startup".
- You apply to a specific city or industry-vertical accelerator, not to gener8tor as a whole. The programme page tells founders to "Find your city or industry vertical to apply for the gener8tor Accelerator program that best fits your needs."
- Individual accelerators add their own location and attendance rules. The North Dakota accelerator, for example, requires the company to be headquartered in North Dakota, willing to relocate its headquarters there, or committed to building a demonstrable employee presence there, and requires startups to participate in person with no virtual or hybrid option.
- Within an open programme the industry filter is wide: the North Dakota page states it accepts "ALL types of startups across ALL industries and business models."

How to apply
- 1
Pick the accelerator that fits your city or vertical
Open gener8tor.com/apply and choose from the Investment Accelerators, the free gBETA and gALPHA pre-accelerators, or the Skills Accelerators. Each investment accelerator runs its own cohort on its own timeline.
- 2
Check whether that specific programme is open
Each programme page carries its own Application Due, Program Kickoff and Program End rows. Many currently render "TBD (Rolling Applications)" and "TBD", and a closed programme says so directly: the North Dakota page states "We are not currently accepting applications for this program."
- 3
Confirm you can meet that programme's location terms
Investment accelerators are tied to a city, state or corporate partner and usually require you to be based there, relocate, or build a local employee presence, and to attend in person for the 12 weeks.
- 4
Submit the online application for that programme
Use the "Apply Now" form on the chosen programme page. gener8tor also runs office hours and invites prospective applicants to reach out with questions before applying.
