What you need to qualify
- Your startup must be registered as a private company.
- You must have at least an existing MVP of the solution with promising results.
- One or more founders must be available in Abu Dhabi for at least the duration of the programme.
- You must be committed to establish a long term presence in Abu Dhabi.
- You must demonstrate a clear need for investments and use of funds.
- Investment in IP residing entities, not a branch or subsidiary.
- Agreement on investment terms.
- Founders need to be fluent in English.

Ignite invests in registered private companies with an existing MVP and promising pilot results, where at least one founder can be in Abu Dhabi and the investment goes into the entity holding the IP.

Interviews
Flat6Labs interviews applicants on the technology solution, progress, team and potential to scale.

Selection Bootcamp
15 to 20 teams filtered from the initial interview phase take part in a selection bootcamp.

Selection Committee
Teams present to a committee of industry experts and mentors, which decides the cycle intake.

Cycle programme
Accepted teams run a four month programme of training, mentorship and networking in Abu Dhabi.

Demo Day
The cohort pitches to investors at a demo day.

Flat6Labs continues to support and monitor companies after the cycle, including follow-on funding for selected startups.
