- Endeavor selects scale ups: founders who have found product-market fit and are at an inflection point in their growth journey.
- Most entrepreneurs in Endeavor's selection process have between $500K and $10M in annual revenue.
- The average 3-year CAGR for Endeavor Entrepreneurs is above 100 percent.
- Unique, scalable, innovative and potentially disruptive business models, with the potential to be a category leader regionally or globally.
- Main operations or HQ based out of an Endeavor market. Members of the diaspora of an Endeavor market are also invited to connect.

Check your company against the criteria
The apply page sets out stage of growth, business model and operations criteria, and asks you to proceed only if you believe you meet them.

Line up who referred you
The application form makes "Who referred you to Endeavor South Africa?" a required field, so be ready to name your route into the network before you start.

Complete the Candidate Questionnaire
The "Take the First Step" and apply links open a Google Form titled Candidate Questionnaire, asking for the primary contact’s name, role, email address and mobile number plus the referral. All five fields are required.

Screening and First Opinion Reviews
Endeavor staff assess the application, research the company, then run interviews to judge whether the candidacy is viable.

Second Opinion Reviews with mentors
Endeavor mentors conduct further interviews probing strategy, innovation, growth potential and the founders themselves.

Local Selection Panel
Local mentors and board members interview, deliberate, and decide which candidates go to an International Selection Panel.

International Selection Panel
International business leaders interview candidates, deliberate, and select the new class of Endeavor Entrepreneurs by unanimous vote.
