How to apply

  1. 1

Check that your company matches the ScaleUp profile

Endeavor Heartland states the ScaleUp Accelerator is open to companies with an established market presence and strong commercial traction, and that it runs on the Endeavor ScaleUp framework used with high growth businesses worldwide.

  2. 2

    Contact the Endeavor Heartland office

Endeavor publishes no application form for this accelerator. The Heartland office page on us.endeavor.org invites founders, investors, mentors and partners to email the office and to explore the different ways to join the Endeavor network, and that is the only published route in.

  3. 3

    Go through Endeavor's selection conversations

Companies are chosen by Endeavor rather than admitted on an open application. Endeavor Heartland announces each cohort once selection is complete.

  4. 4

Join a cohort when the next one is formed

Accepted companies run the three month programme with curated mentorship, strategic advisory support and introductions across the Endeavor network. Cohorts 2 and 3 together took 18 companies and were announced in March 2025.

The accelerator itself runs three months. Endeavor publishes no application window or cohort calendar, so the wait for the next intake is not predictable from the site.
