What you need to qualify
- Founders described as transparent leaders willing to learn, grow and give back to the ecosystem ("Lideres transparentes, dispostos a aprender, crescer e fazer Giveback").
- An innovative business model at an inflection point capable of growing 10x ("Modelo de negocio inovador e num ponto de inflexao para crescer 10x").
- Sector agnostic. Companies are assessed on growth potential and impact rather than on industry.
- For scale, the companies approved globally in 2025 had "receita media de US$14M e crescimento acelerado (CAGR acima de 100%)".

Get on Endeavor's radar
There is no public application form. The Endeavor network sources high potential founders itself, and a founder can also start the conversation by writing to the Endeavor Brasil team at the contact address published on the selection process page.

Initial application and screening, where Endeavor evaluates the company's strategy, innovation and growth potential.

In depth interviews with the Endeavor Brasil network of entrepreneurs, mentors, ambassadors and investors.

International Selection Panel (ISP)
The global network interviews the approved Brazilian candidates. A unanimous vote is required for a founder to be selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
