What you need to qualify
- For profit, stand alone companies with a novel business model or technology. Consulting firms, nonprofits and already acquired startups are not eligible.
- At least three full time employees.
- An operating prototype.
- Demonstrable environmental impact and local community impact.
- Strategy Track is for pre-seed and seed stage companies; Project Track is for Series A and beyond.
- For the Data Center Innovation Initiative, technology in one of four priority areas: clean concrete, clean metals and alloys, energy storage and power infrastructure, or facility cooling and water efficiency.

Strategy Track for pre-seed and seed companies, Project Track for Series A and beyond, or the Data Center Innovation Initiative. The intake form asks which one you are applying to.

Complete the intake form
The single intake form at elementalimpact.com/funding-opportunities/apply/ covers all three tracks. Data Center Innovation Initiative applicants complete the same form and indicate interest in that initiative.

Wait for a selective response
Elemental states it reviews every submission but, because of application volume, will only reach out to select companies to continue the application and diligence process.
