- Antler ONE is the Continental Europe residency, run from Berlin with launch pads in Amsterdam and Munich.
- Antler looks for what it calls the 0.2% most obsessed founders, assessed on drive, grit, spike and commitment.
- Only around 2% of applicants are invited to join the residency.

Submit the Antler application form
Apply at antler.co/apply, selecting Europe and then Continental Europe (Amsterdam/Berlin). Name, email and stage are required; LinkedIn, a company description, a website and a pitch deck are optional.

Get through selection
Antler states that only around 2% of applicants are invited to join the residency, assessed on drive, grit, spike and commitment.

Join the residency
Complete teams join for about 6 weeks. Founders using the co-founder matching track join for about 10 weeks. Founders start together in Berlin and get on-the-ground support across Amsterdam, Berlin and Munich.

The residency ends with a pitch to the investment committee, and Antler general partners make the investment decision.
